[ TEAM ]

Artera is an early-stage team out of Space City, designing a constellation of autonomous agriculture pods — one terrestrial prototype so far. Growing food in orbit is an agronomy problem wrapped in a flight dynamics problem: one of us works the trajectories, the other builds the growing system and the software around it.

  1. Shen Ge

    Founder · Flight dynamics

Shen works the trajectory side of the constellation: navigation, transfer design, and maneuver planning — how a pod gets to the orbit it needs to hold, and how a harvest gets from that orbit to a crew.

    • Trajectory & transfer design
    • Navigation filters and the supervised maneuver loop
    • Propulsion interfaces — chemical vs. electric transfers

  2. Nicholas Romero

    Founder · Software & product

Nicholas builds the Earth Analogue — the terrestrial grow pod we are deriving the flight design from — and the software that reads it.

    • Earth Analogue hardware — sensors, firmware, actuation
    • Agents that interpret the telemetry
    • Ordering and control planes
